1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ATHLYT, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. About ATHLYT

ATHLYT enables gyms to organize fitness competitions while allowing athletes to discover events, participate, earn rankings, collect reward points, and build a competitive profile.

3. Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable laws when using ATHLYT. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity performed using your account.

ATHLYT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, impersonation, or violations of these Terms.

5. Athlete Accounts

• Register for competitions.
• Participate in eligible events.
• Earn rankings, XP, and reward points.
• Redeem eligible rewards.

Competition participation is subject to event-specific eligibility requirements determined by organizers.

6. Gym Accounts

• Create and manage competitions.
• Register participants.
• Verify athlete attendance.
• Record competition results.
• Manage leaderboards where applicable.

Gyms are responsible for ensuring fair competition and accurate scoring.

7. Competitions & Rankings

• Rankings are generated based on official competition results.
• ATHLYT may investigate or modify rankings in cases of fraud, technical issues, or rule violations.
• Custom or non-ranked events may not contribute toward athlete rankings or XP.

8. Reward Points

• Reward points have no cash value.
• Reward points cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Reward points may only be redeemed through ATHLYT.
• ATHLYT may modify, suspend, or discontinue the reward program with reasonable notice.

Reward availability depends on stock and partner participation.

9. Subscription & Pricing

ATHLYT is currently free to use.

In the future, ATHLYT may introduce optional paid features, premium memberships, subscriptions, event management plans, or other paid services.

• Users will be notified before charges apply.
• Pricing and billing policies will be published separately.
• Existing free features may remain free unless otherwise communicated.

Using ATHLYT today does not guarantee lifetime free access to all future services or features.

10. Payments & Refunds

Where applicable, payments for event registrations, subscriptions, or other services will be governed by the payment and refund policies available at the time of purchase.

11. User Conduct

• Do not impersonate another person or organization.
• Do not submit false competition results.
• Do not manipulate rankings or reward systems.
• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Do not upload unlawful or offensive content.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to ATHLYT systems.

12. Intellectual Property

All ATHLYT branding, logos, software, graphics, content, designs, and trademarks are the property of ATHLYT unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute ATHLYT intellectual property without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

ATHLYT provides a technology platform and is not responsible for:

• Injuries sustained during competitions.
• Decisions made by event organizers.
• Competition disputes between participants and organizers.
• Losses arising from third-party services.

Participants join events at their own discretion and risk.

14. Suspension & Termination

ATHLYT may suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

15. Changes to the Service

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature of ATHLYT at any time to improve the platform or comply with legal and operational requirements.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
