Account Deletion
Delete Your ATHLYT Account
At ATHLYT, you can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
How to Request Deletion
You can request account deletion in one of the following ways:
- From within the ATHLYT app (when available).
- By emailing us at letsconnect@athlyt.app with the subject line "Delete My Account".
Please include the email address associated with your ATHLYT account so we can verify your identity and process your request.
What Will Be Deleted
Upon successful verification, we will permanently delete:
- Your profile information
- Competition history
- Leaderboards and rankings
- XP and achievements
- Uploaded photos and content
- Account preferences
Data We May Retain
Certain information may be retained for up to 90 days or longer where required by applicable law, including:
- Security logs
- Fraud prevention records
- Legal compliance records
After the applicable retention period, the remaining personal data will be permanently deleted.
